Go to Anhui Province for Belt Joint June 10th

On June 10, 2022, BAIOTT went to a gypsum factory in Anhui Province to carry out the conveyor belt joint project. The construction personnel successfully completed the repair of the 1200mm wide conveyor belt through hot vulcanization.

In order to ensure the flatness and overall stability of the conveyor belt after the conveyor belt joint, BAIOTT adopts the conveyor belt hot vulcanization method, and uses the conveyor belt vulcanizer to vulcanize the conveyor belt at high temperature and high pressure, and successfully completed the repair of 4 conveyor belt production lines. It is reported that the construction materials include 1mm Uncure Tie Gum, 3mm Uncure Cover Rubber, hot vulcanizing agent SA8000, etc.
