Silicone rubber sheet is only an abbreviation of a term in the chemical industry. Its full name should be called thin-layer chromatography silica gel plate, also known as high tear resistant silica gel plate. It uses high-purity thin-layer chromatography silica. Silica gel plate glue (powder) is mixed with a certain amount of adhesive and sprayed. Its plate surface is generally glass. Aluminum foil is popular in foreign countries. The board surface shall be pure white, flat, uniform and fine. The main component is SiO2 · nH2O, with stable chemical properties. It does not react with other acids and bases except strong base and hydrofluoric acid (but experience shows that it is not resistant to corrosion in 40% nitric acid mist at 60 ℃).

Activity: (separation of indigo, Sudan and Dimethyl Yellow) three color separation.

This layer chromatography silica gel plate can be directly used for qualitative or quantitative analysis of various types of organic substances. It has been widely used in the identification of trace impurities and main components in medicine, pesticide, Chinese herbal medicine, organic chemical products, grain and food. When preparing the silicone plate, most of them rely on experience. Pay attention to the downward flow speed of the liquid. During the operation, lay it on the slide evenly and thickly, and then pour a spoonful in the middle of the slide to slowly fill the whole plate surface. Finally, gently move it with your hand, and remember not to have bubbles.

Through 43kv test, it works normally at 660V. It is widely used in substations, power plants, distribution rooms, test roommates and field live working. It shall be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, away from the heat source and more than 20cm away from the ground and wall. Avoid being polluted by acid, alkali and oil, and do not open air to prevent direct sunlight.

Installation Construction:

1、 Open an aluminum mold, iron mold or copper mold, which can be closed up and down, like a box, and clean the mold first.

2、 Apply a layer of release agent inside the whole mold (the release agent can be Vaseline or detergent) and carry out the following operations after it is dry.

3、 Fill the aluminum plate at the bottom of the mold (it is better to punch a small hole on the uppermost aluminum plate to enhance the adhesion between silica gel and aluminum plate), place the aluminum plate, clean the aluminum plate, and apply adhesive on the aluminum plate. The filled aluminum plate can be multiple, and the one that really works is the top one. (the purpose of filling multiple aluminum plates is to adjust the thickness of the pressed silica gel plate, and put the bronzed silica gel and aluminum plate together)

Note: painting Tianna water on the top aluminum plate also helps to increase the adhesion between silica gel and aluminum plate.

4、 When cutting silica gel, the silica gel plate should be 1 cm smaller than the aluminum plate, because the silica gel will extend around in the process of pressing. Then spread the silicone board slowly from one end to the aluminum board, and then roll the wooden stick on the silicone board from one end to the other. The purpose of this is to drive the air. In this way, there will be no air and bubbles between the pressed silica gel and the aluminum plate, and the bonding effect will be better.
