1. Incorrect selection of cleaner

The selection of the cleaner should be based on the on-site working conditions, and the selection should be carried out in a targeted manner. It is not possible to blindly install a cleaner that does not match the working conditions.

2. Incorrect position for installation

After the cleaner is installed and used for some time, it is prone to cause different degrees of wear to the scraper due to the frequent friction between the scraper and the belt surface. There will be a certain gap between the scraper and the belt after abrasion, which may cause a poor cleaning effect  when the fit between the two is not enough.

3. It is necessary to check the cleaner frequently, adjusting and replacing the scraper in time once it is found to be seriously worn, to ensure its cleaning effect and prevent the return of the belt material.

4. The blockage at the cleaner will cause the deformation of the cleaner, and it will also cause the installation angle between the cleaner and the belt to change, resulting in a poor cleaning effect.

The installation angle between the cleaner and the belt should be measured frequently. If the angle changes, it should be adjusted in time.
