The 85 Duro Urethane Skirt Rubber Sealing is mainly used for sealing between conveyor belt and guide chute and between buffer bed and guide chute. The conveyor skirt rubber board is made of polyurethane and natural rubber, and the part in contact with the belt is polyurethane. It adopts the double-layer sealing integrated structure of straight plate and skirt edge. The straight plate is close to the side of the guide groove, and the bottom is in contact with the belt to prevent material overflow. The skirt sealing part of the skirt adopts unilateral arc transition. When the belt deviates, it will not hurt the belt and skirt, and can automatically restore to the original state.

Equipment structure:

The revolutionary way of adding semi solidified lubricant to pure natural rubber (NR) solves the problem of high wear resistance of anti overflow skirt and easy damage to belt. The material has flexible texture and excellent elasticity, which avoids the disadvantage of polyurethane (PU) that is not resistant to water, and has high wear resistance without damaging the conveyor belt.
