Ceramic rubber composite lining plate can be divided into ceramic rubber two in one lining plate and ceramic rubber three in one lining plate.
Ceramic rubber two-in-one liner is made of wear-resistant ceramics and high wear-resistant rubber, and the rubber adhesion is CN layer. It has the characteristics of impact resistance, anti-wear, long service life, more convenient installation, saving power consumption and reducing noise.
Ceramic rubber three-in-one liner is a lining plate formed by inlaying brick-shaped or cylindrical anti-wear corundum ceramics in special rubber and thermally vulcanized with steel plate. It has strong wear resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance.
Ceramic rubber composite lining plate is a lining plate formed by inlaying brick shaped or cylindrical wear-resistant corundum ceramics into special rubber and thermally vulcanizing with CN rubber layer or steel plate welded with connecting bolts. The lining plate is suitable for various types of funnels and has strong wear resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance. The bottom layer of adhesive ceramic rubber composite liner is CN layer, which is bonded with the equipment surface through adhesive during construction. The bottom layer of connecting ceramic rubber composite liner is steel plate welded with connecting bolts, which is connected and fixed with the equipment surface through bolts during construction. This product embeds the plane or spherical wear-resistant ceramic sheet into the special rubber wrestling and forms a lining plate by hot vulcanization of the steel plate. During construction, it is connected and fixed with the equipment surface by bolts. The ceramic surface is divided into plane and spherical forms.
