Description
Unvulcanized intermediate rubber is an vulcanized rubber material, and is widely used in conveyor belt thermal vulcanization bonding processes of NR/IR/SBR/BR and other materials.
Hot vulcanizing solution is specially used for conveyor belt repair hot splicing joint. It's widely used in national energy, mining and power plant. Hot vulcanizing solution can enhance the bonding strength of the splicing joint observably. Unlike the cold vulcanization repair conveyor belts,the hot vulcanization bonding materail requires the cooperation of a vulcanizing press machine to show its efficacy.
In addition, hot vulcanization is more suitable for repairing conveyor belt joints.
